I am able to submit most insurances although I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

I offer a sliding fee schedule from $75 to $125 per 50 minute session.

I am moving to a new location starting 7/5/2016. It is a home office with street parking, private entrance, waiting room/rest room and separate exit. Stairs with double hand rails lead to the waiting room. An alternative without stairs is the walkway off the driveway then follow the path all the way to the north side of the house to the waiting room entrance. It is near St. Vincent Hospital on 112th Ave. between Barnes and Cornell just one block east of Cedar Hills Blvd. To access NW 112th from Cedar Hills Blvd proceed north of Hwy 26, cross Barnes and take a right on Leahy (second street to the right) which ends at 112th then take a left. The exit off Hwy 26 is number 68, just past 217 coming from Portland or the next exit past Murray coming from points west. Coming north via 217 take the Barnes Rd. exit and follow Barnes road down the hill to Cedar Hills and take a right then another right on Leahy then a left on NW 112th. From Cornell you turn onto Cedar Hills going south then take a left onto Leahy (first road to left) then another left onto NW 112. The home/office is up the hill on the left, brown, two story close to the road, number is above the garage. I look forward to welcoming you to my new location.
